HelsinkiUni Help service desks will be closed on Wed June 24, from 12:00 p.m. onward, as an exception. However, you can access the services as usual via chat and through the service request forms.

In July, the chat service and service points will have the following service hours:

  • 6.–10.7. the chat and the service point in the Kaisa House is open 12–15, except on Thu 9.7. the chat will be open exceptionally for applicants 12-16.
  • 13.–24.7. the chat and service points are closed.
  • 27.–31.7. the chat and the service point in Kaisa House is open 12-15.

The service points in Meilahti and Viikki will be closed 6-31 July. 

We will return to our regular opening hours in August. Check the special opening hours.
