Events that support study ability and student well-being are gathered under the link Student Events in the University Event Calendar. Save the page to your bookmarks for easy access to current events.

During weeks 9-10, the events include break exercise sessions, pomodoro sessions, support discussions offered by the Finnish Red Cross, and career counsellors on campus. Here are a few highlights from the program.

The university offers a wide range of low-threshold activities that promote study ability and wellbeing. Events are open to everyone and are organised both on campus and online. You are warmly welcome to join in, ask questions, explore, and learn something new!
