HelsinkiUni Help on-site service points at Viikki and Meilahti open on 6 May

The brand-new HelsinkiUni Help on-site service points at Viikki and Meilahti are open on weekdays from 9 am to 3 pm. Come and visit! The Kumpula service point will open in early autumn..

The first HelsinkiUni Help on-site service point opened at Kaisa House in January and on 6 May it is the turn of the Viikki and Meilahti campuses. The campus service points help students, staff and visitors with matters related to studies, work and everyday campus life. Staff at the service point will direct you to the right specialist or service when needed.

At Viikki in the Info Centre

The Viikki HelsinkiUni Help on-site service point is located in Info Centre Korona (Viikinkaari 11), immediately to the left of the main entrance, in the former R-kioski premises. The porter and lobby service point is conveniently situated right next door.

From 6 May, the HelsinkiUni Help service point at Viikki is open every weekday from 9 am to 3 pm.

At Meilahti in Biomedicum 1

The Meilahti HelsinkiUni Help on-site service point is in the Biomedicum Helsinki 1 building (Haartmaninkatu 8), on the right-hand side of the main entrance in the ground-floor lobby.

From 6 May, the Meilahti HelsinkiUni Help service point is open every weekday from 9 am to 3 pm.

To ensure a high level of data protection, questions about individual arrangements for studying will continue to be handled via the separate specialneeds@helsinki.fi.s address. HelsinkiUni Help will nevertheless provide general advice on individual arrangements.
