Respond to UniCafe’s customer satisfaction survey – win a week’s worth of lunches
Help UniCafe develop its operations by responding to the customer satisfaction survey. Every response is important!
Following the previous survey, many customer suggestions have been implemented: UniCafe has updated the salad bars and snack selections at several restaurants, expanded the range of breads and spreads, and added to the kitchen and refrigeration equipment. In addition, the restaurant spaces have been made more comfortable by adding seating, improving acoustics and ventilation, and adjusting the lighting. At some restaurants, serving dishes and table settings have also been renewed to make dining smoother and more enjoyable.
Five lunch packages will be raffled among respondents who provide their contact information. Each package contains five UniCafe lunches, equivalent to a week of free lunches.
The customer survey is open from 26 October to 8 November.
